Trellain's Story
Trellain grew up in Ul'dah with her parents, who ran a textile stall in the market. She learned about weaving, dyes, and making clothes, her parents instilling a sense of fashion in her as she grew. When she was old enough she enlisted in Ul'dah's Immortal Flames army to help protect her family, and homeland from Garlean's encroachment. Learning the healing arts to save and protect lives, rather than to take them. She served with them until the day of the Calamity. The horrors, and destruction of it driving her to resign her commission. She took to wandering the land to try to find solace, exploring, adventuring, and healing to earn her keep. Discovering a talent for singing, and dancing during her travels, as well as finding comfort in the companions she would meet. Trellain fell in love and married one of her companions, settling down with her, and enjoying life together. Tending bars, and performing with them to earn their keep, helping explorers if the pay was good enough. She was happy, until the day their wife disappeared mysteriously. Unable to find them, Trellain was broken, and grief stricken for months. Now having collected herself again, Trellain has moved on. Finding employ at many places, and hoping to find solace in songs, and the joy of new faces.
